Villa in Al Furjan

A complete villa renovation in Al Furjan, taken back to the shell and rebuilt room by room. The staircase was rebuilt entirely in dark-veined marble — you can see it mid-install, treads still under protective film, in the comparison below.

The living room carries the project’s centrepiece: a walnut media wall set against soft grey cabinetry, with a sculptural gilt-leaf installation suspended from the ceiling above a curved boucle sofa. The same attention runs through the entrance hall, where a carved console and framed artwork sit beneath the stair.

Outside, the work reached the garden too — the rear yard was relaid and landscaped, finishing in artificial lawn, planted borders and a covered terrace with shaded seating. The video below walks the full villa, from the stripped shell to the finished rooms.
